Important Notice on Hair Products: For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted on unused, unwashed, unaltered hair bundles in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at support@luxelocksextension.com with your order number to request a return or exchange. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Exchanges are offered for items of equal or lesser value if unused. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund. We cover return shipping if the error is ours; otherwise, customers pay return shipping costs.
